AGM Battery Charging Guidelines
To maintain performance and extend the life of your AGM battery, follow these best practices:
🤔 When to Recharge
• Recharge your AGM battery as soon as the voltage drops to 12.7V to keep it at optimal performance.
• Storage Life: At 25°C (77°F), the battery can be stored for up to 6 months without charging.
• If stored for longer than 6 months, the battery must be fully recharged before use.
⚡ Charging Method
• Use a constant voltage of 14.4 ± 0.1V.
• Maximum charging current should be 0.2 × C₂₀ (rated capacity).
For example: If the battery is rated at 110Ah, the maximum charging current is 21A.
• Charge until the current stabilizes for 2 to 3 hours.
• ⚠️ Do not exceed 24 hours of continuous charging.
