Top Stem Assembly & Handlebar Clamp for GOTRAX Apex & Apex XL Electric Scooters
The stem top and handlebar clamp assembly for GOTRAX Apex and Apex XL electric scooters is made of a strong cast and machined metal. This top piece of the steering system provides support for the handlebar and the console.
The metal bears a black protective finish, other than the lower end which fits into the steering stem. That 1-1/4″ diameter section is left bright.
